The Bill provides that where a request is still outstanding 100 days after the request is received, a report explaining the delay and providing a projected completion date be sent to the requester and the Information Commissioner. It also requires that the Information Commissioner submit an annual report on the number of requests that were still outstanding 100 days after they were received.
