Annual Reports

Within three months after the end of each financial year, the Information Commissioner submits an annual report to Parliament on the activities of the Office during that financial year.

Access to Information Act and Privacy Act Annual Reports

According to section 72 of both the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act, the head of every government institution must prepare an annual report on the administration of the Act within its institution at the end of each financial year, for submission to Parliament.
