OIC conducting pilot project for $5 application fee
The Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) is conducting a pilot project for
6 months, during which time we will be exercising our discretion to waive the $5 application fee for formal requests under the Access to Information Act (ATIA).
From November 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011, requesters will be able to make formal ATIA requests to the OIC without paying the $5 application fee, and still preserve their right to complain to the Information Commissioner ad hoc.
